Please join us on Monday, December 12th at 12:00-1:30 Pacific/1:00-2:30 Mountain/2:00-3:30 Central/3:00-4:30 Eastern for an interactive Online Learning Event (OLE) focused on successful sustainability planning, Beginning with the End in Mind: A Case Study from Colorado.

Building on the well-received sessions at the grantee meetings this summer for cohorts 4, 5 and 7, this OLE will focus on how Project LAUNCH grantees can approach their work with sustainability and expansion in mind. A case study about Colorado’s privately-funded LAUNCH Together initiative will be shared to illustrate how grantees can tailor their sustainability goals, plans and strategies to their unique state, territory or tribal context. Representatives from Weld County Project LAUNCH (cohort 3), Colorado Project LAUNCH (cohort 6) and LAUNCH Together will discuss what inspired private funders to invest in LAUNCH and how all of them are collaborating together to ensure further expansion and sustainability. Half of the OLE will be dedicated to an open question and answer period with audience members.

Get a sneak peek by watching this 1 minute video of Noelle Hause describing Weld County’s approach to practice change.
