In an effort to promote the wellness of young children from birth to 8 years and provide programs and services to school districts across the Nation, Project LAUNCH and Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SS/HS) grantees have developed materials to help the field.
Resources developed by Project LAUNCH grantees use a public health approach to create a more coordinated and collaborative early childhood system, and direct services that increase the quality and availability of evidence-based prevention and wellness promotion practices within communities.
Resources developed by SS/HS grantees use the latest research and best practices on violence prevention and behavioral health to help communities understand and plan a comprehensive approach and take action to promote mental health and prevent youth violence.
