West Virginia Project LAUNCH serves children from birth to 8 years of age and their families located on the West Side of Charleston. The West Side neighborhood of Charleston was specifically chosen because of its history of poor mental health outcomes and at-risk populations. West Virginia Project LAUNCH seeks to improve coordination across child-serving systems, build infrastructure, and increase access to high-quality prevention and wellness promotion services.
