Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe Reservation is located in 202.76 acres in southern Arizona, 15 miles southeast of downtown Tucson. The New Pascua Yaqui Reservation near Tucson, AZ, is home to the federally-recognized Pascua Yaqui Tribe, whose enrollment numbers, as of February 2012, is 18,005 members with an additional pueblo of 10,000 individuals from Yaqui heritage in Guadalupe, AZ outside of Phoenix. The Pascua Yaqui Tribe has been a federal recognized tribe in Southern Arizona since only 1978, making it one of the most rapidly growing tribes in the United States. Pascua Yaqui Project LAUNCH strives to create a sustainable culture of collaboration and interdependence that provides accessible integrated resources that promote holistic child wellness.
