Arkansas Project LAUNCH promotes the health and wellness of children from 0 to 8 years of age in Mississippi County by addressing the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of their development. In Mississippi County, the project is designed to (1) make improvements to the early childhood system and (2) improve access to and the availability of evidence-based prevention and wellness promotion practices. At the state level, Arkansas Project LAUNCH is working toward infrastructure development and service delivery by creating an integrated system to promote the wellness of young children.
