Mark your calendars and register for the next SS/HS Communication Online Learning Event, “Messaging Mental Health, Youth Violence, and Adolescent Substance Use: Building on the Research” scheduled for Wednesday, November 16, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST

Genuinely effective messages are based on audience research, but this work takes time and resources that few SS/HS grantees and LEAs possess. This online learning event will help you overcome that hurdle! We will be sharing fascinating research in public perceptions and findings from message testing conducted by Frameworks Institute in areas central to all SS/HS initiatives. We look forward to a robust conversation about the implications of this research on your own messages!

In this online learning event, participants will:

  • Review the concept of message frames
  • Explore research on public perceptions of
    • Children’s mental health
    • Youth violence
    • Adolescent substance use and abuse
  • Look at findings on message frame testing in the areas of children’s mental health and youth violence
